Refund, Return, and Legal Policy
• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for similar product.
• You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
• If user want to return the product, when we will receive the product in our warehouse then we will processed the refund the amount this process will take approx 15-20 working days.
• We will refund the amount to the customer given details e.i. Account/PayTm details.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Customer is advised to please keep the receipt safe and our representative will check the condition of product before accept of return However, in the event of false or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
• Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.
• In case of refund, amount will be refunded to Buyer either to the bank account provided by the Buyer, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made during purchase of product.
• Product color may be different from the picture on the website. return/exchange will be not accepted for electronic Items.
• No return/exchange will be accepted beyond 7 days from the date of delivery of order.
