Customer Service and Cancellation Policy

Payment

   • Payment is to be made in advance or by cash on deliver (COD) mode on purchasing the products that you need through our shopping platform.

   • Once payment is received, your purchase will be scheduled to be completed and you will receive order confirmation mail on your email address provided at the time of booking order.

   • By placing your order on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions that are mentioned on our shopping platform (Shopsyour).

   • You can make the payment for your order by the following methods:

        i. Payment through net banking facilities.

        ii. Payment through select credit cards.

        iii. Payment through select debit cards.

        iv. Payments through cash on delivery.

        v. Payments through prepaid electronic wallets.

Shipping policy

We deliver genuine products on purchased from Shopsyour in brand new condition and in the short span of time.

Delivery cost will be free under the following conditions:

     • For new customer, if it is your first order the delivery changes will be free and for rest of orders the delivery charges will be free only when a purchase of more than INR 999/- made from Shopsyour.

Delivery cost will be chargeable under the following conditions:

   • A shipping cost will be applicable to all orders under INR 999/- .

   • Shipping charges will be applicable as the destination address mentioned in the order while confirming the booking from Shopsyour.

Other terms related to shipping:

   • If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, Shopsyour will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid while booking the order.

   • If anyone returns a delivered order, the shipping charges will not be refunded. However if customer self-ship his returns, in such case Shopsyour will refund total amount including delivery charges.

Cancellations / modification/Exchange:

   • A booked order can be canceled until it has not been picked up from our Warehouse. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made while booking the order.

   • if cancellation request is generated after the pickup of order from our warehouse in such case the booked order will be canceled only after delivery of product.

   • However Shopsyour reserves the right, at its sole decision, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Buyer's order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by Buyer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.

   • In case the Buyer has availed any benefit under any promotional offer provided by Shopsyour. in relation to the Product for which the order has been cancelled by the Buyer, Buyer authorizes Shopsyour to recover such benefits from the Buyer or set-off the same from any refunds to the Buyer.

Product color may be different from the picture on the website. return/exchange will be not accepted for electronic Items.

   • A customer can modify/change the shipping address or contract no. of order only before its pickup from our warehouse, by updating it under ‘My order’ section of Shopsyour. Once the booked order has been pickked up from our warehouse the order will be delivered to the same address, which is mentioned while confirming the order.

   • If anyone returns a delivered order, the shipping charges will not be refunded. However if customer self-ship his returns, in such case Shopsyour will refund total amount including delivery charges.
